Local storage: the extension reads your bookmarks through Firefox and stores preferences locally. Spiderpiggy does not operate a server that collects bookmark lists, accounts or usage analytics. The extension has no advertising or analytics.

Favicons: remote favicon loading is optional and disabled by default. When enabled, Firefox may contact the associated HTTPS websites or icon servers, potentially exposing the requested host and your IP address to those parties. With separately granted advanced permissions, the extension may inspect public page HTML and favicon information from open tabs.

Permissions: bookmarks and storage support core functionality. Optional https://*/* and tabs permissions enable advanced favicon discovery. Firefox may additionally ask for consent for external requests involving bookmark information.

Control: disable remote favicons in the extension settings or manage permissions in Firefox. Spiderpiggy does not receive a copy of your full bookmark collection. External sites have their own privacy practices.

Website: this informational website may process technical server logs (such as IP address, request time and requested page) for security and maintenance. No Ko-fi payment widget is embedded here.
